Sited in the newly renovated shopping complex just outside the entrance to Tiger Hill, prices in Rong and his neighbors’ shops are much higher compared to those across the road.
“I wanted to run my own business and it seemed like there was a good opportunity in Suzhou,” says Rong who graduated with an economics degree from the Anhui University of Finance and Economics last year.
